If I Had A Hammer....& Shadows

Happy New Year Friends! It's that time of year for The Summer Kitchen Girls...Hammer Time (are you all dancing to some MC Hammer right now?) Maybe we should have named this post "You Can't Touch This" ~ after all, you can't really touch a shadow, can you? Hmmm...something to ponder at the beginning of the new year!
Anyway, we are hammering away, getting Christmas out and bringing on the new stuff...and that means hammers, ladders, dust cloths, sweepers - and, you guessed it...
Shadows!
Get more lovely shadows from all around the world at Hey Harriet this weekend - it beats cleaning after all!

A cool bundle of shadowy tools you have there. Sure, I'll have a dance to 'You Can't Touch This' just as soon as I can find my big baggy MC Hammer pants. Sounds like busy times ahead for you girls. Happy hammering!

Hello Ladies,
Long time no see--- I thank you both for having you in my friend's list in bloglandia, first of all.

Secondly, I am enjoying your kitchen journal and your shadow shots since start.

Have a blessed 2010 and hope to see you around more years to come.

xoxo forever!

TOTALLY know what you mean, we just opened a new store, an antique mall...check out my 'WHITE' blog to see what we've been up to in frigid Iowa...baby it's cold outside, but the buyers were out in full force!

You can't stop us die hard junkers!!! Hope your new year is a profitable one too girls!!!

A hammer’s a tool
for the wise, not the fool—so
strike with precision.

Bring on the Band Shadows!

These mechanical shadows are lovely in that they can repair otherwise useful but broken things. Happy New year to you two, and hopes for better and better sales in 2010!

How do those nails all get mixed together? Looks familiar, actually a lot like something found in my mom's summer kitchen in PA! Great shadow shot!
