I love the 'striped' details on the back of the flower! It makes me happy when my hollyhocks are in bloom (and they are).

The bold and the beautiful - the variety of colors on the hollyhock is to behold, the wonderful texture s nature's artistry! The shadows are a great artistic byproduct of this beauty!

Love those shadows.
I tell ya gardens are in the air.
Seems like everyone has been happily clicking away in the garden this week in blogland.
Loved the chalkboard table post and them popped on over to your "easy entertaining" chalk paint on glasses. Love it. Gonna do it. I really mean it this time too.
Cheers,
Leah
