I want to be a Ray Conniff singer....

That's right...
Whenever we hear the Ray Conniff Christmas album
we think just how wonderful it had to have been
to be a Ray Conniff singer!

When we were little girls listening to the record
we'd imagine what it would have been like
 to be a part of such an amazing group of singers

Harmonizing with your best friends
{at least that's what it looks like!}

Let's not forget the
oooooohhhh-ing and ahhhhh-ing
you get to do in the background!

Then there's the warm sweaters
& perhaps some Beehive hair
{with pigtails like the blond girl in the green sweater}

Yep....
I want to be a Ray Conniff singer!

Enjoy your Monday!

Ah yes, the Ray Conniff bunch. The good old days!

When I started listening I heard someone (Andy Williams?) singing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer at the same time.

That was great. I hadn`t thought about the Ray Coniff Singers in ages. They were very good and a holiday staple for sure! Thanks for sharing.

BE one? I wanna DRESS like one! Oh and that hair? How do I get that Jiffy Pop do? My folks had those albums and Montovani. The real sounds of the 60s.

Fun post:) I'm in Christmas music heaven now ~ found a station that plays it 24/7! The Ray Conniff singers, Peri Como, Bing Crosby, Burl Ives, Mariah Carey...just a few of my faves!

I loved this! It reminded me of growing up and watching Bing Crosby Christmas shows.

My husband Matt grew up listening to the Ray Conniff SIngers. For our first Christmas while still in college, we purchased a Ray Conniff cassette tape. I'm so dating myself. However, it's become a family tradition to listen to the music all season long, especially when we're out in the car driving around looking at all of the festive holiday lights.
