Singing Shadows

The old Singer sewing machine
was giving us some wonderful shadows
out on the porch yesterday!

Join us for a chorus of shadows this weekend
for Shadow Shot Sunday

What a fun shadow shot! Reminded me of my Grandmothers Singer! Terrific capture for the day! Hope you have a lovely weekend!

The mechanical is beautiful here, the metal device full of style on its own. The more attractive the machine will look in your home? The sewing machine has a bobbin, which also reminds me of an old song regarding a certain red bird...Cool find!

I like the shadows of your machine-and the title 'singing shadows' is so magical.

I have 3 old Singers...cannot resist one when I see it. I always love reflections like this one. Curves and lines make for the best of reflections. This is an exceptionally nice one. genie

Love the curve and tangle of this Singer machine macro! Like a devious, shadowy sewing exercise!

Fantastic shadows from the sewing machine. I love these machines. They were the workhorse back in the day and never failed a seamstress. Great photo. Have a wonderful weekend.

I like it - I had to study it a moment to see all the details, which was fun.
