however, we did NOT see our camera screen. It seems that it dropped one too many times....and so, we can not see a thing when we point & click!
(this poses quite a challenge!)
You can imagine, then, that we were pretty tickled when we found that we caught a shadow of this old tractor seat on the desk in front of the store - thank heavens! Now you can join us over on Hey Harriet for Shadow Shot Sunday...where shadows take anything but the back seat!

Old tractor seats had a lot of style back in the day - nice shot!
Fabulous for a blind eye camera! :) :)
A great shot. Real bummer about the screen though. I'll bet you keep looking at it automatically, don't you?
We only purchase these flimsy point-and-shoot cameras sith viewfinders also; Our daughter's Nikon had its screen break, and trying to have the warranty honored was frustrating. Anyway, a nice shadow, I would hate to be plowing on a bumpy field while attached to this unpadded steel seat...
I have to agree with The Muse -- fantastic capture for a blind eye camera. That is a bummer indeed! Have a great weekend!
Sylvia
well you've done a lovely job!!! love the peely green paint.
ha ha... you ladies are cool & funny. I did that b4 too. I thought I had the best shots ever. But I realized that we have to turn off the flash to take the shadow in pix.
But,hey! this photo is such a gorgeous one.
Hope you both have a blissful week-end.
xoxo as always.
Great shadow shot despite your problems!!

Cool shot!
It is a work of the mind to envision something we can't see.
Good luck on getting a new screen.
Great shadow shot..good job.
Happy SSS.
Looks like a mighty cold seat there, wouldn't want to put my tongue to it these days...not that I would...cool, sunny shot!
Great shadow! Hope you can get the camera mended!
the beautiful world of shadows....btw love your header photo.......Happy SSS
Haha! What a fabbo job you've done considering that you can't see what you're shooting. Pity about your camera but great to see that you're still working magic with it :)
That tractor seat gives a great shadow! Nice shot made without seeing a thing! Hope you'll be able to fix your camera soon.
super photo - sometimes the best photos are ones that happen by chance!!

Great SS! I {heart} old tractors 'cause I grew up on a tractor seat! Hope your camera keeps finding those SS for you!
Beautiful shadow!
Glad you were able to catch a nice shadow in spit of your camera problems. Sorry to read that your screen broke.
I love the song I just heard "Our Love is Here to Stay."
Thanks for sharing it.
* That should be in spite of your camera problems. I must slow down. ;-)
