Oh I'm glad I don't live up there, I'd be as poor as a church mouse cause I'd want to spend every nickel at your place!! Everything looks fabulous! And I'm sure it was a load of hard work to get it that way too.
I just know your tea party next weekend is going to be so fun and the eye candy will be incredible. I'll be jealous of everyone there!
