Hot product.....! Received our weekly email telling us what this month's hot new products are. Lately, we've been really disappointed in this email that comes - we haven't found anything that has excited us as much as the french chest back in April. Well, this caught our eye - we've seen a lot of crystal chandeliers with sheer barrel shades around them. We thought this was a great take on it! Now...if you don't have the $5000 to spend on this chandelier, but you do like the look of these chandeliers - you can always update your outdated chandelier with one of these trendy chandelier covers by making your own. Thanks for showing us how to save 4,550!! Making your own barrel shade is easy and cheap. Plus, you get the pride of doing it yourself!

What a nifty idea to make covers for your chandeliers! I don't have a chandelier though. None of my lighting is very fancy. I just took a photo of my fave lamp because it was casting a cool shadow on the wall. May post it on Sunday :D
Not sure if I care about the shade and there is NO WAY I would ever spend $5000 on it. But I do love love love the idea of making your own.
