Crunchy Apple Salad

What a lovely winter salad we had today!

Crunchy Apple Salad with Apple Cider Dressing

 2 apples, cored and cubed

1 Tablespoons lemon juice

50/50 mix Salad (or your choice!)

Pecans

Cinnamon Butter

Parmesan Cheese, shaved

Toss apples with lemon juice to prevent browning

Arrange lettuce on plates

Top with apples and shaved Parmesan cheese

*Put pecans in a hot skillet with some butter and sugar/cinnamon mix.  

Stir until pecans are toasted then put them on the salad!

Apple Cider Dressing:

1 cup oil

6 Tablespoons Cider vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix & pour onto salad......
