Minted Watermelon & Fennel Salad

Baby Greens...fresh from the garden

Fresh Mint chopped ~ 2 tablespoons or more

{depending on your taste}

Watermelon cut in 1" cubes

Fennel Bulb, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon pepper

MIX

You might want to make a double batch of your

oil, vinegar & pepper

depending on how much salad you make :)

A Birthday Tea Party

called for a delicious Summer Salad today!

Minted Melon & Fennel Salad

1 cup mixed baby greens

Freshly picked!

1 cup chopped cantaloupe

(too early for the garden...but perfectly ripened from the market!)

Mix together...

Fresh Mint

picked, cleaned and dried.

Chopped until you have 2 tablespoons

 mmmmmmm!

Add to salad with

1/2 cup thinly sliced fennel bulb

(forgot to take a picture...sorry!!)

Mix Together:

2 teaspoons Olive Oil

1Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
