We made some of these Delicious strawberries this weekend....
They were the hit of our tea parties a few weeks ago
and they are sooooo easy!
Ingredients:
1 lb large strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Graham cracker crumbs for dipping
Directions:
Rinse strawberries and remove the top and clean out

Rinse strawberries and remove the top and clean out
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off.
Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture.
After strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
The 4th of July is coming up fast....
