  1. Hi Girls!!

Hope you've been finding some way to stay cool this summer! Thank goodness we have a pool where we're at on Golden Pond now. It's been a real delight this summer.

LOVE the sign on your prev post!! You find the coolest things.

    Big hugs, sherry

  7. I agree about cooking with such a beauty, why slice, dice and/or chop a pepper so fine? Actually, it looks as if it may be cast in ceramic. Gorgeous, natures blessing on your countertop!

  13. Great capture..we all find shadows in the most diverse places now, don't we?

Even though I don't play every week, I still spy shadows everywhere..luckily I had my camera with me this past week. That's not always the case.

I always enjoy your senses of humor.

Hope your week ahead is a good one, ladies!

  14. If that's a hot pepper, then I would prefer to eat its shadow! :-)

    IF SHADOWS

    If shadows could jump,
    How high would they go?
    As high as the moon?
    Does anyone know?

    If shadows could weep,
    How long would they cry?
    As long as it takes
    To climb to the sky?

    If shadows could laugh
    And tell funny jokes
    Would you take them home
    And say, “Get this, folks!”?

    If shadows could wed,
    Would they prefer you
    Or somebody else
    To promise, “I do”?
