A Plate Full of Shadows

We spotted this lovely shadow in our urns in front of the store this week just before closing time.

Our cup runneth over with shadows!

Join Hey Harriet for Shadow Shot Sunday
for the dish on shadows all over the world.

  1. The views here are almost like a tapestry, an almost brocade pattern that fills the frame. Perhaps a recovering of an antique stuffed chair in this style would make for a quick (and profitable :) sale!

    A PLATEFUL OF SHADOWS

    A plateful of shadows
    For breakfast or lunch—
    If I had some shadows,
    I’d give you a bunch;
    But I have no shadows,
    To fill up your plate:
    I fear that today’s lunch
    Will be rather late!

  9. Love learning about new ways to show and photograph in interesting ways. This is a wonderful shadow shot. Mine look like, um, shadows not art.
