Tool Ta-da!

Karrie has the most glorious,
chippy old Milk House on her property.
Best part...(besides the chippy part!) is that there were treasures inside!!

So...what do you do with old farm tools that are of no use to you?

Why....you make art
outdoor
art

plain...and simple!

Welcoming you to a reminder of what once was....

and, a reminder that what
could have ended in the junk pile
just became a clever
decoration

and that is what it's all about...
isn't it Sammie?

  1. wow, this place is way too cool. Great idea for the old tools, and let me tell you those windows become addictive, thank goodness they sell, otherwise I'd have a ton of them. LOL!!! xoxo Debra

  9. A beautiful display! I have a collection of old shovel and pitch forks on the side of my potting shed and I just love the weathered wooden handles. Once in awhile I even take one down and USE it!

  17. So glad to have found you via Debra's Blog Party... that old Milk House is just wonderful... and its nice to see someone else repurposing old tools as Garden Art too... my Family sometimes thinks I'm a little odd for my choice of "Art" and what can be Art to me. *Winks*
