Taking A Back Seat To Shadows

This week we saw a lot of Mr. Sun...

however, we did NOT see our camera screen. It seems that it dropped one too many times....and so, we can not see a thing when we point & click!

(this poses quite a challenge!)

You can imagine, then, that we were pretty tickled when we found that we caught a shadow of this old tractor seat on the desk in front of the store - thank heavens! Now you can join us over on Hey Harriet for Shadow Shot Sunday...where shadows take anything but the back seat!

  3. A great shot. Real bummer about the screen though. I'll bet you keep looking at it automatically, don't you?

  4. We only purchase these flimsy point-and-shoot cameras sith viewfinders also; Our daughter's Nikon had its screen break, and trying to have the warranty honored was frustrating. Anyway, a nice shadow, I would hate to be plowing on a bumpy field while attached to this unpadded steel seat...

  5. I have to agree with The Muse -- fantastic capture for a blind eye camera. That is a bummer indeed! Have a great weekend!

But,hey! this photo is such a gorgeous one.

Hope you both have a blissful week-end.

    xoxo as always.

  21. Glad you were able to catch a nice shadow in spit of your camera problems. Sorry to read that your screen broke.
